The files and instructions below allow QC and comparison of any import from or export to PHDWin.


Download a macro-enabled Excel workbook here (or via the attachment the bottom of this article) to facilitate comparison (if the download link does not work, navigate download the attachment at the bottom of this article).  In the sheet, drop cash flows and oneline summaries for comparison between the programs.  This file has detailed instructions as shown in the snip describing the tabs below.




Note: PHDWin sometimes has PROPNUMS that are all numeric.  When these exceed 15-characters, Excel auto-converts these to scientific notation by default.  This may make comparison by (X,V)LOOKUP in Excel difficult.  One mitigation in O365 is to ensure "Additional Options" on File==>Options==>Data==>Automatic Data Conversion is checked to allow the popup to prevent automatic data conversion upon loading csv files into Excel.
