Schedule Lookup Tables

Schedule Lookup Tables let you set lookup durations for the Activity Step 'Step Duration (w/o mobilization)'.

Note: Schedule Lookup Tables can be accessed in other schedules within the project.

How to set up

When you are building out the Activity Steps click the three dots next to the Step Duration you want to setup a Lookup Table for, then select Build Lookup Table. Give the table a name and click Create.

The top table lets you see where you have lookup tables assigned. You can click the three dots next to the Step Duration to build or assign a Lookup Table. The bottom section is where you build out the Lookup Table. Make sure the Schedule Step is set to the step you want the Lookup Table for on the left bottom table, then right click on Day/Well Header to insert Lookup By. This will then create the Lookup Table in the right table. Here you will select which headers to lookup by and the values to assign to them. When completed click Save and the 'X' on the top right of the table to close out.

After Lookup Tables are built you will then have the option when selecting the three dots to Assign Lookup Table.

Edit/Remove

After the Lookup Table is applied you can edit or remove it by selecting the three dots next it where it is assigned.

Example
